June Christensen Jensen, 89, passed away February 13, 1992, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born June 13, 1902 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Waldemar and Zilpah Ackerman Christensen. Attended Lowell grade school, East Junior High School, West High School and Salt Lake Business College. Employed 1918 to 1928 at Utah Gas and Coke Company. Married George Bell Jensen June 25, 1930. He lost his life in an industrial accident July 16, 1943. June was employed at Utah Liquor Control Commission from 1944 to 1968 when she retired.Survived by a son, William George Jensen (wife Coreen), Bountiful; a daughter, Bonnie June Horton (husband Albert), Longmont, Colo.; two grandsons, six granddaughters and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at the Spanish Fork City Cemetery, Spanish Fork, Monday, Feb. 17, 1 p.m. Friends may call at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, Sunday 6-7 p.m.
