In loving memory of Jan Milene Fannin, age 35, who passed away February 22, 1992 at the Salt Lake LDS Hospital following a long illness.
Born August 12, 1956 in Salt Lake City to Milo and Donna Fannin. Jan will always be remembered for her quick wit, her gentle and caring nature and her beautiful smile. Her deepest concern in life was caring for her beautiful daughter, Veronica. Member LDS Church. Married Robert B. Kuchinski; later divorced.She is survived by daughter, Veronica (Roni) Kuchinski, West Valley City; mother, Donna Meyers, Sandy; father and step mother, Milo and Betty Fannin; two brothers, Michael J. and wife Carrie Fannin, Sandy; Jeffrey and wife Trish Fannin, Glen Dale, Ariz; sister, Mary Dawn and husband Ken Wade, Sandy; step sisters, Sheron Childs, Leora Meyers, Pauline Slack, Gail Bradley, Tracy, Dana; and stepbrother.
Services Wednesday, February 26, 1992, at 12:00 noon, at McDougal Golden Rule Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road. Friends may call one hour prior to services.
Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
