LARRY LEVIS, a poet at the University of Utah and one of the fine voices in American poetry, will read from his work at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, in the Braithwaite Fine Arts Gallery on the Southern Utah University campus in Cedar City. For information call 586-1997.

- JOANNA FRUEH, critic, historian and performance artist, will speak in the Val Browning Center on the Weber State University campus in Ogden at 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 4. Frueh combines storytelling, poetry and song in her lectures on modern art. For information call 626-6455.- WRITERS AT WORK, the Park City writers conference, has announced the faculty for its summer sessions this year. Visiting instructors will include Betsy Marston (editor of High Country News), Judith Freeman (author of the novel "The Chinchilla Farm") and C. Michael Curtis, an editor at the Atlantic magazine. They will be joined by Francois Camoin, Ron Carlson, Al Young, Phyllis Barber and Pam Houston.
