UVCC CENTER OFFERS PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT CLASSES IN SPANISH

The Center for Personal and Career Development at Utah Valley Community College will offer classes on "Successful Life Management" and "Comprehending Personal Relationships" in Spanish.

The eight-week classes will be taught by native Mexican Elia Del Castillo on the Provo campus of UVCC. Del Castillo has spent many years doing volunteer work, teaching literacy and other programs and has been developing a minority resource center at the college."Successful Life Management" is a course for women and will begin March 17 at 6:30 p.m. in the main wing room 205 on the Provo campus. This class is specifically designed for women who are underemployed or unemployed to help them gain the confidence to upgrade their skills and bring their lives into focus.

"Comprehending Personal Relationships" is a course for men and will begin March 18 at 6:30 p.m. in the main wing room 205 on the Provo campus.
