JAMAICA UNVEILS AUTOS

The first automobiles ever manufactured in Jamaica have been unveiled amid much fanfare.

The cars, put on display in a hotel in New Kingston this week, are the result of a joint venture between the Serv-Wel Group of Companies of Jamaica and Art And Technology of Britain.They include the Party, a leisure five-seater designed for the tourism market; the Kingston, a five-seater; the Malibu van and the Challenger, a two-seat pickup truck.
