DEATH: B. DUANE BUTLER

B. Duane Butler, 79, of Santaquin, died at Payson Hospital March 17, 1992.

He was born January 17, 1913 in Santaquin, to Nels and Martha Ann Taylor butler. He married Florence Wurzbach Sept. 19, 1945 in the Manti LDS Temple. He was a retired interment foreman at Salt Lake City Cemetery. He was an Army veteran, World War II. He served as counselor in the stake and ward Sunday School.He is survived by his wife, Santaquin; four brothers, Kelly T. Butler, Payson; Naye R. Butler, El Cerrito, Calif.; Heber Dale Butler, and Junior A. Butler, both Santaquin; also nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, March 20, 1992, 11 a.m., with Bishop Craig D. Evans officiating, at the Santaquin Stake Center, 290 South 200 East, Santaquin. Friends may call Thursday evening, 6-8 p.m., and Friday, 9:45-10:45 a.m. at Holladay Hills Funeral Home, 66 South 300 East, Santaquin. Interment, Santaquin City Cemetery with Military Rites by Santaquin American Legion, Post #84.
