DEATH: GEORGE A. MOWER

George A. Mower, 82, of Malad, died Monday, March 23, 1992, in Malad.

Born July 14, 1909, Centerville, Utah, son of George H. and Suzanne Brown Mower. Married Dorothy Akker, March 16, 1966, in Salt Lake. Worked several years as an electrician and in pest control at Hill Field Air Base. After his retirement he and his wife, in 1977, moved to Malad, where he has since resided. Member of the Masons and the American Legion.Survived by wife, Dorothy, Malad; one stepson, Stephen Akker, New Mexico; three stepdaughters, Lynda Hamblin, Preston, Idaho; Debra Dance, Layton; Barbara Lanaghan, Rockford, Illinois; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Virl, Alma, Willis and wife, Doris, all of Salt Lake; Dale and wife, Mary, Bull Head City, Arizona; numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside service Fri., 12 noon, Malad City Cemetery. Friends may call at Benson-Horsley Funeral Home, Malad, Fri., one hour prior.
