The City Council will:- Hold a public hearing to consider annexing property from 880 North to 2000 North and from the railroad tracks and I-15 west toward Utah Lake.

- Consider raising the council vice chairman's salary from $6,000 a year to equal the chairman's $8,400 annual income.

When: Tuesday, March 31, 7 p.m.

Where: Provo City Council chambers, 351 W. Center St.
