DEATH: HARRY A. LLOYD

Harry Alvin Lloyd, age 70, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 1992.

Born March 9, 1921, the oldest child of Harry T. and Ethel M. Walker Lloyd, in Garfield, Utah and raised in Magna. Worked for Kennecott Copper for two years, before entering World War II. Served in the US Marine Corps, 1st Marine Division, from Dec. 29, 1941 until Honorably Discharged Jan. 3, 1946, serving in the South Pacific campaign. Member of LDS Church.Survived by his mother, Ethel M. Kroescher, Taylorsville; two brothers and four sisters; Glenn and wife Loretta Lloyd, Midvale; Mrs. T. K. (Wanda) Edmunds, South Jordan; Melva Trowbridge, Corona, Calif.; Wallace and wife Jerri Lloyd, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Jim (Carol) Pangos, Sandy; Ann Larsen, Midvale; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his father, Harry T. Lloyd, Aug. 2, 1939.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, 1:30 p.m., March 7,1992 at the Spanish Fork Cemetery, 400 South 400 East, Spanish Fork. Family and friends may call at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 So. Highland Drive, Saturday, 11-12 noon.
