Sesquicentennial events

- International satellite telecast, March 14 at 10 a.m. (MST), originating from Temple Square in Salt Lake City.- "Come Let Us Rejoice: a Sesquicentennial Celebration of Relief Society 1842-1992," display at Museum of Church History and Art, March 14-Feb. 22, 1993.

- Local service projects held throughout the year in wards and branches to "celebrate through service."

- Presentation of "A Society of Sisters" in each local unit, featuring Relief Society history and life stories of local sisters.

- A record of the history of the Relief Society to be prepared in each local unit.

- Focus on literacy and education to be introduced at the end of 1992.
