Kathryn (Kaye) Brown Donagher, age 87, died March 6, 1992 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born April 21, 1904 in Salt Lake City to Mark Clegg and Clare Cummings Brown. Married J. McDonald Irvine on June 22, 1927. He preceded her in death. She married John Henry Donagher on November 12, 1946 and he died November 23, 1966.

Educated in Salt Lake schools and graduated from the U of U in Education. Taught in elementary grades before becoming a buyer for Sears Roebuck and later was a buyer for ZCMI for 17 years. At the time of her retirement, she was affiliated with her brother, the late Mark C. Brown, at his store, The Carriage House (Ethan Allen).

Active in the LDS Church serving as teacher, counselor, music and choral director for 40 years. One of her most appreciated opportunities was that of reading for the blind which she enjoyed for many years.

Survived by brother, Dale S. Brown, Sr. and his wife Chrystal; a sister, Geraldine (Jerry) McMillan and husband, Bayne M.; and sister-in-law, Mrs. Mark C. (Zelda) Brown; and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, James Allen Brown and Mark Cummings Brown.

Funeral services 12:00 noon, Tuesday, March 10th, at the 13th LDS Ward Chapel, 375 East 100 South. Friends may call at the Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Monday evening 6 - 8 pm, and at the Ward on Tuesday, 10:45 - 11:45 am. Burial, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
