A woman sells bags of coal in the Salomon Market in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, Friday. The economic embargo imposed on the country after Haitian President Jean-Bertrand Aristide was ousted by the military last September has boosted demand for coal and charcoal, since many other heating fuels, along with gasoline and electricity, are now hard to get. In other news Friday, the U.S. Coast Guard said it repatriated 206 more Haitians while cutters rescued another 479 Haitian migrants from five overloaded sailboats. The Coast Guard said the cutter Vigilant repatriated 206 Haitians and turned them over to the International Red Cross in Port-au-Prince. The Coast Guard has repatriated 10,507 Haitians since last October. In addition, the cutter Legare rescued 210 Haitians from a grossly overloaded 35-foot sailboat in international waters off the coast of Haiti Friday afternoon. There were 185 others rescued from two boats earlier.
