AlpinePlanning: The City Council is scheduled to discuss an ordinance repealing cluster and complex developments, also resolutions to adopt a major street plan and to form a recreation program with Highland and American Fork.
When: 7 this evening.
Where: City Hall, 20 N. Main.
Also, an executive session has been called for 5 p.m., with the council to discuss litigation.
Securities dispute
Businessman and former state legislator David R. Nemelka spends most of his time these days taking care of his ailing wife and meeting with his attorneys. Nemelka says his wife's health problems and his more than $300,000 in legal expenses are the result of an ongoing war he's having with state securities officials. See Page B4.
