Jeni McKinney, right, and Marcie Schultz get a special fitting and a new pair of shoes from Utah Jazzman Karl Malone. The girls represented the Division of Family Services, one of several Utah organizations that received free shoes from Malone, L.A. Gear and Foot Locker. L.A. Gear and Foot Locker provided a pair of shoes for every home-game rebound Malone made this season. Malone divided the 500 pairs of shoes among the division, where most of them will be given to foster children, the Utah Chapter for the Prevention of Child Abuse, the Salt Lake Family Shelter and the Salt Lake Midnight Basketball League.
