Polk County Judge James Jenkins doesn't mind passing judgments - even personal ones.

Jenkins had custody case last month involving a 2-year-old girl, and he called the child's father, Darren Fogle, 22, an "ignorant, dull-witted, lazy, inarticulate, unmotivated, thick-headed moron of a man."He was slightly kinder to the child's mother, Michelle, describing her as "more intelligent but impulsive, immature, self-centered and pretty."

He also said the mother had exhibited "uncontrolled sexual desires."

Faced with such a choice, Jenkins awarded custody to the mother.

"The court is faced with the unfortunate evil of choosing between two lessers," Jenkins said.
