Mary Podbevsek Strang, 75, passed away April 8, 1992 in Price.
Born October 27, 1916, Hiawatha, Utah, daughter of Joseph and Veronica Parrish Podbevsek. Married Francis Lee Strang, April 9, 1940, Price, Utah; he died January 11, 1972. Long-time resident of Scofield, prior to moving to Price. Mary will be remembered as a warm, special person. A gentle soul who shared her beautiful flowers and cooking. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.Survived by three brothers, three sisters, Louis Podbevsek, Clifton, Colo.; Frank Podbevsek and Alice Schmidt, both of Price; Stanley Podbevsek, Frances Elzey, Carson City, Nev.; Veronica Haycock, Spring Glen; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents and brother, Joe.
Funeral services Friday, 11 a.m., Mitchell Chapel. Family will be at Mitchell's Friday one hour prior to services. Additional graveside services Friday, 1 p.m. Scofield Cemetery.
