A revised division of responsibilities for Box Elder County commissioners was adopted recently over objections from Commissioner Allen L. Jensen.

The change followed R. Lee Allen's recent appointment to the commission seat vacated by Frank Nishiguchi.Commission Chairman James J. White made the assignments with minimal changes in responsibilities, a move he said maintains continuity. Jensen's proposal would have required almost total reassignment of responsibilities.

Jensen objected to White's list saying duties should be rotated more fully than the adopted division provides.

Allen said he also isn't fully satisfied with the assignments but said no division could please everyone.
