Utah's first Spaghetti Eddie's fast pasta restaurant is open and serving a variety of pasta dishes, sandwiches and salads at 1318 E. 200 South. It is owned by the Epicurious Group, which also owns the American Grill, Casa del Sol, E.I.B.O.'s, Ferrantelli's and Red's Frozen Yogurt and Ice Cream.

Dave Adams, general manager of Epicurious, said it is the first of six locations the firm intends to open in Utah.
