Neil Orloff has joined the environmental law section of Parsons Behle & Latimer. He earned his law degree from Columbia Law School in 1969 and joins the firm with 20 years experience in environmental law. Kitty Swenson has been hired as a portfolio manager at Wasatch Advisors Inc. She holds a degree in English from the University of Utah and a master's in business administration from Georgetown University. Richard Carroll has been promoted to vice president and trust officer at Bank of Utah. He has worked at the bank since 1984. Carol Thomas has been promoted to trust officer at Bank of Utah. She joined the bank in 1955. Robert Furbee has been appointed executive banking officer in the executive banking department of Zions First National Bank. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Brigham Young University. Shauna Bulloch has been named operations officer in the Kanab office of Zions First National Bank. She joined the bank two years ago after working at Cedar City Products.
