He specializes in advising companies that use emerging technology. Stuart Fredman practices taxation, corporate and securities transactions and business planning. He received his law degree in 1979 from Tulane University. Scott Carpenter has extensive experience in structuring and forming business entities. He is a 1984 graduate of the U. College of Law. Shawn C. Ferrin focuses on real property and business transactions. He is a 1986 graduate of the U. College of Law. Anthony Meadows was named second vice president in the bankcard division of Zions First National Bank. He has worked for the bank six years.
