Two sons of Brigham Young University faculty members who tapped into BYU's computer system and obtained the credit histories of more than 100 people signed a diversion agreement last week with Utah County prosecutors.

William Swinyard Jr., 23, and Aleksander Radulovic, 23, each were charged with two counts of devising a computer scheme to obtain services and items of value, second-degree felonies.According to the diversion agreements entered into Friday in 4th District Court, the two must pay restitution and cannot commit any crimes during the next year. If they abide by the agreements, the charges will be dismissed.

Neither Swinyard nor Radulovic were attending BYU in 1990 and 1991 when the crimes were committed.
