Emmett's wife, Rose Marie Bostetter Emmett, will serve as temple matron. Pres. Emmett, a temple sealer, has twice served as regional representative, stake president, stake president's counselor, high councilor and bishop. He was president and owner of an electrical distribution company. He was born in Ogden, Utah, to Irving C and Nell Young Emmett. Sister Emmett, an ordinance worker, served in a stake Relief Society presidency, and twice in a ward Relief Society presidency, and as ward organist and gospel doctrine teacher. She was born in Toledo, Ohio, to Ernest and Lydia Abrahamsen Bostetter.

Tevita Ka`ili, 58, Nuku`alofa 5th Ward, Nuku`alofa Tonga North Stake, called as president of the Nuku`alofa Tonga Temple, succeeding Pres. Patrick D. Dalton Jr. Pres. Ka`ili's wife, `Anapesi Lakalaka Halohifo'ou Ka`ili, will serve as temple matron. Pres. Ka`ili, regional affairs director, served as regional representative, stake president, stake president's counselor, patriarch, and bishop. He received a bachelor's degree from BYU-Hawaii. Born in Nuku`alofa, Tonga, to Soakai Pulu and `Ilaise Mafi Ka`ili. Sister Ka`ili is a former stake Relief Society president's counselor, ward Relief Society and Primary president, Young Women adviser, early morning seminary teacher and gospel doctrine teacher. She was born in Tu`anuku, Vava`u, Tonga, to Tonga Poteki and `Ana Tamutamu Malohifo`ou.Gerald L. Scott, 65, Chamblee-Dunwoody Ward, Roswell Georgia Stake, called as president of the Georgia Atlanta Temple, succeeding Pres. A. Harold Goodman. Pres. Scott's wife, Betty Endres Scott, will serve as temple matron. Pres. Scott, a temple sealer, served as mission president, regional representative, stake president, stake president's counselor and high councilor. A retired food manufacturing executive, he received a bachelor's degree form George Washington University, and a master's degree from the University of Missouri. He was born in Blackfoot, Idaho, to Kenneth Leroy and Mary Eliza Whittle Scott. Sister Scott, a temple worker, is a former stake Relief Society president, stake Primary president's counselor, ward Relief Society and Young Women president and regional welfare council adviser. She was born in Kansas City, Mo., to William Payne and Lora Lenora Benson Endres.

Johann A. Wondra, Vienna 2nd Ward, Vienna Austria Stake, called as president of the Frankfurt Germany Temple, succeeding Pres. Edwin Q. Cannon Jr. Pres. Wondra's wife, Ursula Tischhauser Wondra, will serve as temple matron. Pres. Wondra served as regional representative, the first stake president in Austria, district president and counselor to five mission presidents. He is retired as general secretary of Vienna theater planning group. Received doctorate from the University of Vienna. Born in Vienna, Austria, to Johann and Hedwig Schalk Wondra. Sister Wondra is a former stake Primary president, and district and branch president of Primary and Young Women. She was born in Esslingen/Neckare, Germany, to Richard and Lina Figerle-Tischhauser.

Percy Syddall, 56, Auckland 3rd Ward, Auckland Mount Roskill New Zealand Stake, called as president of the Apia Samoa Temple, succeeding Burton H. Price. Pres.
