Paul David Haviland, age 69, passed away peacefully, June 12,1992, at his home in Salt Lake City.
Born April 12, 1923, in Denver, Colorado, to Elmer H. and Helen Goodwin Haviland. Married Ann Petty; later divorced. He then married Lila Wilde, 1956, in Salt Lake City, Ut. Paul served his country in World War II. Worked for many years at Utah Power & Light Co. Member LDS Church. He was a loving husband, wonderful father, attentive grandfather, brother and friend, who's passing will be deeply felt by those he influenced.Survived by his wife Lila, Salt Lake City; two sons, Curtis (and Lorraine) Haviland, West Valley City, and Ronald (and Sharon) Haviland, Evanston, WY; step-son, Reid (and Tammie) Judd, Salt Lake City, nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and four brothers, Donald, Leon, Vernon and Clarence Haviland. Preceded in death by an infant son, Lew; and a brother, Harold.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 16th,
11:00 a.m., at the Garden Heights South Ward, 2220 Fisher Lane (2935 So.). Friends may call Monday, from 6 to 8 pm, at the Holbrook Funeral Chapel, 3251 So. 2300 East, and at the church on Tuesday for one hour prior to the services. Interment: Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
