The Houston Chronicle said Tuesday the wage-cut plan comes after two recent airfare wars.Airline spokesmen refused to comment on the newspaper's story, which said Houston's Charles Hurwitz, Fort Worth's Bass brothers, British Airways and Air Canada are looking over Continental's books.
