Viola Nancy Sweet "aunt Vie" Crowton, age 96, died July 16, 1992 in Salt Lake City.
She was born March 26, 1896 in Salt Lake City to Frank Walter Sweet and Anna Inch. Married Ralph Crowton January 26, 1918 in Salt Lake; he passed away in 1970. She was an active member of the LDS Church and served many church offices throughout her life time. She enjoyed her home and church. Her hobbies were homemaker and being a devoted wife.Survied by sister, Evangeline Sweet Gibson; and the following nieces and nephews, Byron, Jerry, Greg, Scott, Mike, Russ, Jennifer, Mark and Bryan McKenna, Cristy Barclay, Frank Sweet and Lois Whitmore.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 20, 12 noon, at the Edison Ward Chapel, 1401 West 700 South. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to services.
Interment: Salt Lake City Cemetery.
