To the editor:
I am not against capital punishment.I am against the execution of William Andrews. A seventh death warrant in almost 18 years appears to be cruel and inhuman. These two words are defined as: not having the qualities considered normal; unfeeling, heartless, cruel, barbarious and without mercy or pity. There are times when each of us must choose to be human in our treatment of those who have done a great wrong. Perhaps that time is before July 30.
