Adrian Glen Donaldson, 77, died June 17, 1992, at a Provo hospital.
Born in Buhl, Idaho, December 11, 1914, a son of David Cornelius and Serilda Jane Blain Donaldson. Married Clara Anderson, September 14, 1939, in Nephi, Utah; marriage solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He was a miner and farmer. Active member of LDS Church, serving as assistant scout leader for many years, and was an Elder. He served in Civilian Conservation Corps and worked in the coal mines in Carbon County for many years. He was a turkey grower for over 30 years in Sanpete County. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and most of all being surrounded by his family.Survived by wife, Spring City; three sons and three daughters and their spouses, Glenn Alan and Barbara Donaldson, Richfield; Ora Jane and Keith Steele, Nephi; Boyd Adrian and Sara Donaldson, Blake Clare and Karen Donaldson, all Gunnison; Norma Lou and Jess Prestwich, Moroni; Susan Clara and Niels Hansen, Fountain Green; 25 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two brothers and one sister, Don Donaldson, Spring City; Odell Donaldson, Magna; Beulah Mickel, Provo. Preceded in death by two sisters, Eloise and Marie, and brother, Newton.
Funeral services Saturday, June 20, 1992, 1 p.m., Spring City LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call at ward chapel from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. prior to services. Burial: Spring City Cemetery, under the direction of Ursenbach Funeral Home.
