Tiny Tim has some advice for unmotivated grade-schoolers: Go to work!

"If kids, after 8- or 9-years-old, aren't doing good in school, put them to work. Repeal all those child labor laws," the singer said. "You can tell at 8 or 9 if school's doing any good.
