Oleah Huff Sargent, 87, of Springville, died June 3, 1992 at the home of her daughter of chronic leukemia.

She was born February 10, 1905 in Spanish Fork to Isaac William and Geneva Wood Huff. She married David Merle Sargent November 17, 1925 in the Satl Lake LDS Temple. He died November 13, 1971.She was an accomplished musician, and accompanied the Musettes for 30 years. She was a community and church organist for 62 years. In her younger years, she was the pianist for silent movies at the old Spanish Fork Theater. Her family was her principle concern

She is survived by six children, three sons, Blair (Dickie) and Jane Sargent, Dr. David H. and Martha Sargent, Springville; Quinn H. and Sandy Sargent of Tooele; three daughters, Mrs. M. Kae (Janice) Weight, Springville; Mrs. W. Kay (Gloria) Collins, Provo; Mrs. Charles L. (Ruth) Payne, Woods Cross; 16 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one brother, Arvil W. Huff, Spanish Fork; she was preceded in death by a grandson.

Funeral services will be Saturday, June 6, 1992 at 11 a.m. at the Spring Creek 3rd Ward Chapel, 55 North Main, Springville. Friends may call Friday evening from 6-8 p.m., Wheeler Mortuary, 211 East 200 South, and Saturday morning 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary. Burial will be in the Payson City Cemetery.
