Wanted for parole violation and unlawful flight to avoid confinement.

In 1989, Thomas Patrick Kilcullen was convicted in Utah of auto theft. In March 1991, after serving time at the Utah State Prison, Kilcullen was paroled.

In May 1991, he relocated to the Garrison, Millard County, area and obtained employment. By the end of May, Kilcullen had disappeared. Repeated efforts to locate him in Utah were unsuccessful.

A warrant for his arrest was issued by the Utah Board of Pardons in June 1991. In August, information was developwed that he may have fled Utah and the Utah Department of Corrections requested the FBI's assistance in locating him.

It is not known if Kilcullen plans to return to Utah, but he maintains several associations in the Salt Lake area and throughout the state.
