A Salt Lake woman remained in critical condition Friday with injuries she received in a motorcycle accident Thursday night.

Jessica Talbot was a passenger on the back of a motorcycle driven by Dennis Rosa. Rosa was westbound on 3300 South when he was rear-ended by another westbound vehicle about 7:30 p.m. near 150 East, said South Salt Lake police officer David Bahde.Talbot was taken by helicopter to LDS Hospital, where she remained in critical but stable condition with two skull fractures. She was being held in the hospital's shock trauma unit. Doctors were waiting for swelling to go down before attempting surgery.
