Davis Mental Health is offering a 10-week course in self-esteem for women, beginning Wednesday, June 17. The class will run 7:30-9 p.m. in Kaysville.
The class will cover the concepts of self-esteem, family systems, developing authentic power and breaking unhealthy sequences in life.
