Looking for vitamin C? Look at kiwifruit. One of the little egg-shaped, emerald-green fruits delivers 125 percent of the RDA, or about 80 milligrams of vitamin C - and all at about 45 calories. Eating two at a time is not too caloric or filling, and you'd be well over the halfway mark to a bigger daily dose of C.

A ripe kiwi will keep almost a week at room temperature, several weeks in the fridge. Keep a stash of kiwi at the office to slice crosswise and scoop out with a plastic spoon.
