Dan Melvin Lynch, 51, former Salt Lake City resident, died May 29, 1992, on the island of Santorini, Greece.

Born April 27, 1941, son of Clare Stewart and Lillian Hoehner Lynch. Received his education in Salt Lake City at East High School and University of Utah. At the time of his death he was employed by King County Systems Services in Seattle, Wash.Survived by: His wife, Karen Johnson Lynch; sons, Bret A. and Chad C. Lynch, all Seattle, Wash.; mother, Lillian H. Lynch, and sister, Sheila Lynch Mast, both Salt Lake City; mother and father-in-law, Dr. Milton and Joann Johnson, sister-in-law, Linda and husband Tim Campbell, all Vancouver, Wash.; sister-in-law, Nancy Talbott, Anchorage, Alaska.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 11, 1992, 2 p.m. at Evans & Early Mortuary, 574 East First South, Salt Lake City. Family will receive friends a half hour prior to services.

Interment, Mount Olivet Cemetery.
