DEATH: EDWARD SONNER

Edward Sonner, passed away Saturday, August 29, 1992 in Ogden.

He was born July 7, 1929 in Buffalo, New York, a son of Paul J. and Evelyn A. Shilling Sonner. After serving in the US Army, he moved to Ogden. He married Lillian Mosher, they were later divorced. In 1983 he married Yvonne Redmon. He was an inspector at Hill Air Force Base, retiring after 37 years. He was a member of the Roy Elks and Ogden Eagles. He loved boating, fishing and bowling. He also enjoyed playing golf and all types of animals. He owned and loved operating Riverside Auto Recyclers with his sons.He is survived by his wife, Yvonne; sons, Randy and John Sonner, Ogden; daughters, Kristine Bloxham, Ogden; Patricia Conrad, Boise, Idaho; two step-daughters, Teresa Elwell, Boston, Mass.; Rae Redmon, Ogden, Utah; nine grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; also survived by two brothers, Paul Sonner, Denver, Colo.; Earl Sonner, Buffalo, New York; two sisters, Irma Cote, Onterio, Canada; Arlene Anderson, Escondido, Calif.

He will be missed by all his loved ones.

A memorial services will be held Wednesday, 7 p.m. at Myers Mortuary Chapel in Ogden, 845 Washington Blvd., with his nephew Pastor Michael Sonner of Denver Colo. officiating. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 5-7 p.m. at the mortuary.

Because of his love and concern for the welfare of all animals the family asks instead of flowers, donations be made to the Ogden Weber Humane Society, in care of Johnston Animal Hospital, 219 21st Street, Odgen, Utah 84401.
