Rep. Matthew Rinaldo, R-N.J., announced Friday he will not seek an 11th term in the House and plans to pursue a new career in 1993.

He is the ranking Republican member of the House telecommunications and finance subcommittee."Recently, I was approached and asked to consider a new career," said Rinaldo.
