Three new stakes in Brazil have been created.
Elder Harold G. Hillam of the Seventy organized the Bauru Brazil Stake, which includes the Altos Da Cidade, Botucatu, Independencia, and Jardim Santana wards, and the Jau, Lencois Paulista, and Marechal Rondon branches.The Recife Brazil Jaboatao Stake was created by Elder Helvecio Martins of the Seventy. The new stake includes the Cajueiro Seco, Candeias, Guararapes, Prazeres, and Rio Jordao wards, and the Cabo and Muribeca branches.
Elder Joe J. Christensen of the Seventy formed the Sorocaba Brazil Barcelona Stake, which includes the Arvore Grande, Itu, Salto, Santana, and Sorocaba 3rd wards, and the Laranjeiras and Sao Roque branches.
Elsewhere, stakes were reorganized in Brazil, Ecuador and Mexico, and in Colorado, Idaho, Texas, Utah and Washington.
