DEATH: EDNA IRENE CONNARY LEAVER

Edna Irene Connary Leaver, 89, passed away September 13, 1992 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born June 10, 1903 to Richard and Josephine Rask Connary. Married Samuel C. Leaver Sr., Aug. 1, 1928 in Bingham, Utah; he died June 13, 1981. Member First Baptist Church; P.E.O. Chapter A; Lynds Chapter #1 O.E.S.; past president Utah Pharmaceutical auxiliary; past president Sugar House Rotary Anns; past president Floraculture Garden Club; past president East High P.T.A. She was a gentle and caring lady, loved by all who knew her.Survivors: son, Samuel Clifford, Jr. and wife Lynne; daughter, Mrs. Duane (Jo Anne) Jackson; five grandchildren; and seven and three quarters great-grandchildren; sister, Leona Stuard, all of Salt Lake City. Many nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday Sept. 16, at the First Baptist Church, 777 So. 1300 East, 12:15 p.m. where friends may call 11:15 to 12:15 p.m. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.

Family requests, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the First Baptist Church Foundation Fund, 777 So. 1300 East, Salt Lake City, Utah 84102. Funeral Directors Evans & Early Mortuary.
