Grace Roseltha Adams Wightman, 79, died Wed., September 16, 1992 at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo.

She was born June 19, 1913 at Raymond, Alberta, Canada, a daughter of John and Roseltha Pratt Adams. She married Roy Wood Wightman, May 4, 1932 at Payson, Utah; marriage later solemnized in the Provo LDS Temple. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many positions. She was an ordinance worker in the Provo LDS Temple for eight years. She was a true missionary to her children and decendents and one that all can look to for an example.She is survived by her husband, Roy, of Payson; a son and two daughters and their spouses, Dell Roy and Eva Wightman, Martinsberg, West Virginia; Kay W. and Charles Wyler, Sandy; and Joy and Gayle James of Aurora; 22 grandchildren, 65 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren; a brother and a sister, John Adams of Payson; and Estella Richards of Ashland, Oregon. She was preceded in death by two great-great-grandchildren, a sister,

Florence Potts, and a brother, Grant Adams.

Services will be Monday, 11 a.m. in the Payson Park LDS Ward Chapel, 110 South 300 West. Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary, 587 South 100 West, Payson, Sunday, 6-8 p.m. or at the church Monday, 10-10:45 a.m.

Burial, Payson City Cemetery.
