HOMESPUN CRAFTERS OPENS SANDY MALL OUTLET

Homespun Crafter's Mall, a craft center in the Olympus Hills Shopping Center, is opening a second outlet in the Sandy Mall at 700 E. 9400 South.

A grand opening will be held on Saturday, Sept. 19, when 10 percent discounts will be given for sales at both malls on that day and Sunday, Sept. 20.Already more than 400 local crafters have taken booth space in the malls, offering a variety of craft items from inexpensive trinkets to premium hand-crafted treasures, said Larry Davis, a partner in the operation.

The other partners, Jeff and Natasha Hardrath, manage the Olympus Hills store. The new Sandy mall has 8,700 square-feet of space and the Olympus Hills operation has 10,400 square feet.
