Life Skills Literacy is the theme of this year's Adult Leaders School at Utah State University.

When: Oct. 5-7.

Where: USU, Logan

This year's workshop topics include Making New Decisions and Taking Risks, Parenting in a TV Age, Financial Literacy, How to Avoid the Housing Money Pit and At Home With Computers, said Marilyn Noyes, associate dean for Extension Home Economic programs.

This year's capstone address will be "Building Strong Families" by Bill and Cristina Marshall.

In addition, there will be tours of the university's laboratories, museum, theater department and historical farm.
