DEATH: LOUISE EL VERA LORENZ KEMP

Louise El Vera Lorenz Kemp, passed away September 25, 1992 in Salt Lake City, Utah in the presence of her loving family.

Louise was born May 18, 1909, to El Vera Lundell Lorenz and George A. Lorenz in Salt Lake City, Utah. Louise married Harry F. Kemp, February 12, 1936 in Salt Lake. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was a member of the LDS Church, serving in callings in the Relief Society. She was a member of the Spanish American War Veteran's Auxiliary and served faithfully for many years. She traveled extensively with her husband in his affiliation with the Swanee Singers throughout their marriage.She is survived by her husband, Harry, Salt Lake; two brothers: George M. Lorenz, Stockton, Calif.; John T. Lorenz, Salt Lake. Also survived by four grandchildren: Jon Kemp, Lori Stoops, Michelle Puma, Calif.; Kimberly Kemp Trabanino, Bountiful, Utah; eight great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by a son, John Harry Kemp.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 29, 1992, 11 a.m. at the Stratford East LDS Ward, 2605 So. 1500 East. Friends may call at Deseret Mortuary, 36 East 700 South, S.L.C. Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. and at the church Tuesday one hour prior to services.
