A business development seminar designed to help businesses stay competitive in the 1990s will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 6, in the Alumni Center at Weber State University. Darby Checketts, president of Cornerstone Professional Development, will speak on customer service and how it relates to successful business strategy. The cost is $45 for chamber members and $50 for nonmembers. The seminar is sponsored by the Chamber Ogden/Weber.
