A Bennion woman was jailed over the weekend after allegedly pointing a gun and threatening to kill a West Valley couple and three children.
The couple was driving with three young children Saturday when they spotted a vehicle they had been hired to repossess. They followed the car for a short while before pulling into a convenience store.Shortly after they entered the store, the woman they were following showed up, a Salt Lake County sheriff's report states.
The woman opened her trunk, pulled out a black pistol and threatened to kill the couple, the report states.
Deputy sheriffs booked the woman, 35, into jail for investigation of aggravated assault.
The woman's vehicle was also repossessed.
