I have followed the race in the 2nd Congressional District for some time. I feel we need to have a real Republican in Congress; Karen Shepherd would be Utah's worst nightmare.
I have listened and watched both Republican candidates, Enid Greene and Jim Bartleson. I am pleased that at least one of the candidates has discussed the issues. Greene has campaigned on the issues. Bartleson keeps talking about his nationwide network that he supposedly influences. If Bartleson had this alleged network across our nation, why hasn't he done anything with it yet to cut the deficit, solve our health-care crisis or work on the many problems that are facing the American people? Why does he need to be elected to make this alleged network effective? Apparently this network, like most of what he has already claimed to have done, is a myth.
