DEATH: PATRICIA A. JESSOP

Patricia Gail Anderson Jessop, 56, of Hyrum, passed away peacefully at her mother's home in Murray after a long courageous battle with cancer.

She was born September 26, 1935, in Logan, Utah, to Rulon H. and Radia Maughan Anderson. Married Ray Jessop in the Logan LDS Temple; later divorced. She was raised in Hyrum and graduated from South Cache High School. Member of the Hyrum 2nd LDS Ward. She retired from At&T after 31 years of service. At the time of her retirement, Pat was the manager of the Ogden, Logan and Brigham City phone centers. She was a member and officer of the AT&T Telephone Pioneers.She is survived by her mother, Radia Cottle, Murray; three sisters and three brothers, Kathy Fairbourn, Murray; Debbie McClain, West Valley City; Sherrie Cottle, Midvale; Dennis Anderson, Las Vegas, Nevada; Michael Anderson, Midvale; Steve Cottle, Murray; also ex-husband, Ray Jessop, Nibley; special nieces and nephews, who loved her very much. Preceded in death by her father.

Pat will always hold a special place in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

The family wishes to give special thanks to all her friends and neighbors, at the Creekside Home Health Care, of Salt Lake and Logan, Critical Care, and Dr. Kerry Pulver, all for their compassion and kindness.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 5, 1992, 11 a.m., Hyrum 2nd Ward, 1st South and 450 East, Hyrum, where friends may call one hour prior to services. There will be a viewing Friday,

6-8 p.m. at the Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North, in Logan. Interment: Hyrum City Cemtery. Funeral directors: Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, Murray, Utah.
