PRINCE WILL BE ABLE TO LIVE LIKE KING WITH NEW DEAL

If pop superstar Prince hasn't been living like royalty up to now, he certainly will be after having signed a $100 million deal with Warner Brothers Records.

Announced in New York Thursday, the deal includes an integrated series of agreements but does not include home video, TV, films, book publishing, producing, touring, merchandising or any other fields, which means the singer will make substantially more than $100 million. Two new record companies and a music publishing company will be established to seek out new young songwriters of cutting-edge street music and place them under Prince's tutelage.Prince was also made a vice president of Warner Bros. Records and will maintain an office in Los Angeles to advise the record company on its roster of artists.
