ALLEN SETS GROUND RULES FOR TALKS WITH AUTHORITIES

Woody Allen will not meet with Connecticut State Police investigators to discuss the child-abuse allegations against him unless they promise his statements will not be used against him in court.

The allegations are part of the bitter custody battle between Allen and longtime - but former - lover Mia Farrow, who claims he sexually molested their adopted daughter, 7-year-old Dylan.Allen, who denies the accusation, has not been charged and does not have to meet with investigators.
