Mildred Andrew Cottle, beloved companion, wife, mother and grandmother passed away January 18, 1993 at the McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden.

She was born January 12, 1914 to Alexander LeRoy and Lydia Lott Andrew in Trenton, Cache County, Utah. On November 30, 1932, she was married to J. Archie Cottle in the Logan Temple. She was a mother of five children, Valdon Archie, Dixie, Lynn A., Joseph A. and Gene A. Cottle. She has 18 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchildren.At the time of her death, she was an active member of the LDS 54th Ward. She served diligently in all the auxiliary organizations of the church during her lifetime.

She is survived by thee children, Dixie and husband, Jim Shupe, of Orem, Utah; Lynn and wife, Janis, of Sandy, Utah; Joe and wife, Pam, of Monroe, Utah. She was preceded in death by two sons, Valdon Archie and Gene A. Cottle.

Mildred is the oldest of eight children. Her brothers are Donald, Merlin, Dean and her sisters are May, Ileen and Laree. Her brother Normand preceded her in death.

Her funeral will be held Thursday, January 21, at 11 a.m. in the Ogden 54th Ward Chapel on Porter Avenue and 3rd Street in Ogden. The vieiwng will be at the Myers Mortuary at 845 Washington Blvd. on Wed., January 20 from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday morning from 10 to 10:45 a.m. at the 54th Ward building. Interment will be in the Trenton, Utah Cemetery at 2 p.m.
