With all of the clamor of the ACLU in reference to prayer, i.e., prayer in public places and prayer at the governmental meetings, how come I have not seen or heard any complaint from that organization for allowing Rev. Billy Graham to give the invocation and benediction at the inaugural of Bill Clinton as president of the United States?
Doesn't it have enough "pull" to stop such an act, or is it only teasing the "small fry," as the state of Utah? It is time for the ACLU to be put in its place and let it know that this country is supposed to be a nation that has a "government of the people and by the people and for the people."Lloyd V. Viall
